Meet The Doctor

Dr. Ryan A. Noseck was born in Tucson Medical Center and has been a part of the Tucson community since he was a child. He attended elementary and middle school in northeast Tucson and graduated from Salpointe High School in 1993. Following the footsteps of his father and uncle, Dr. Ryan pursued interests in the sciences and arts. He earned a bachelors degree in biology (with studio art and Spanish minor) graduating summa cum laude from Dartmouth College in 1997.

After receiving his D. M.D. from University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine, Dr. Ryan was accepted into a fellowship position specializing in the placement and restoration of dental implants. Dr. Noseck, then, entered a general practice residency at Montefiore Hospital in Bronx, NY gaining extensive training in endodontics (root canals), prosthodontics (crowns, bridges, and dentures), and more esthetic aspects of restorative dentistry.

Dr. Noseck became partners with his father (Dr. Ron Noseck) in 2004 after taking over his uncle’s practice in Tucson, AZ. Dr. Ryan has enjoyed practicing general dentistry with his father incorporating his “words of wisdom” into his own use of current technology and advanced techniques.

Dr. Ron has since also retired (early 2009), leaving his practice and patients in the trustworthy and well-qualified hands of Dr. Ryan.

Outside the office, Dr. Ryan enjoys playing guitar, woodworking, hiking, and spending time with his wife Emily and his two little boys Roman and Lincoln.

Today, beyond his extensive education, Dr. Ryan attends continuing education classes regularly as so the practice will continue to offer the most current and advanced techniques available. Since in private practice, Dr. Ryan has become laser certified, Invisalign certified, Lumineers certified, and mini implant certified.

Collette A. Bracken

Financial Administrator – Office Manager – Receptionist
I was born and reared in Kentucky. Have lived in numerous states; however, when I arrived in Tucson (30 years+) I knew God placed me right in the middle of paradise.

My working career has been in accounting until I was blessed in the 80’s and accepted a job with a Dentist here in Tucson. This made me aware of the fact that Dentistry was to be my life’s existence. I’ve had dentures since the age of 14 and I truly wanted to help people keep their teeth and not wind up like myself. In the 90’s I was given the opportunity to work for Dr’s Ron & Ray Noseck. I worked with them for three years until my husband was transferred to Kingman, AZ. (That was a whole new experience.)

I’ve been working for Dr. Ryan Noseck for the past 14 years. Our office is small as well as the staff. We have fun but work very hard. I will share that I am the more mature person (Age wise) in our office ; ) and hopefully, Dr. Ryan will allow me to continue to be an asset for his practice as long as I can. With age does come wisdom.

Katey Colussy

Dental Hygienist
Hello, I am Katey, the hygienist, here at Dr. Noseck’s. I graduated from Pima Community College as President of my dental hygiene class in 1996. I’ve worked in Tucson since then, as a clinical dental hygienist and love my job!
My passion for dental hygiene is all about taking care of my patients and making them feel comfortable in a dental setting.
I am gentle, professional, and very friendly.
When I’m not working, I’ll be outdoors! I enjoy family time going hiking, fishing, camping, biking, skating, skiing. I love my pets. I love gardening and cooking, too!

Cassandra Shepard

Dental Assistant, Front Desk
I am a true Tucsonan. My friends and family call me Cassie. I am now enjoying life as a newlywed. My husband and I recently bought our first house together and are working on making it a home.

I have worked for Dr. Ryan for over ten years. I started working at the office part-time during my senior year of high school. Once I graduated, I started working full time at the front desk with Collette. After about two years up there, I was promoted to be Dr. Ryan’s dental assistant.

I really love my job and enjoy assisting Dr. Ryan. It is a great feeling to know that our office is able to work together to take people out of pain and get them into a more comfortable place.
